Recently, at the previous steamboat, a question by Shenwei got me thinking...

"Ven why u never active nowadays? Why you never buy fam channel... etc."

True enough, I've sort of miaed in audi already. Occassionally I would end up coming back for a while, see see look look, play a few games, and poof im gone.

The how many times I'm considering passing over the red tag, I've always shelved those thought because of a certain friend. But now, as things are going, It's really time I'd consider..

And some thoughts come into my mind again.

"Ven. Eventually, he failed as a fam master."
"An incapable leader, Somebody that everybody despises insteads of respects."
"Somebody who may be a jack of all trades, but when it comes to his social life... Its in ruins."

Well.. one will ask, "then what will happen to our fam? Let it die?"

My answer: The fam. its not just a family in the game, but its a family in real life too.

As for the title of this post.. It's a promise I've made to myself, silently made to you guys... Whatever happens to all of us, I'd ensure that we'll still be one united family...

Hi guys, its time to bring this blog back alive~

Well this time round, short notice, but yes, there's gonna be another -Silence- outing. yes, another steamboat, dont mumble, but thats mainly to fufill the wish of one of us.

Anyway, cut the crap, the details are here.

Date: 5 June 2010, Saturday
Meeting time: 6pm
Meeting place: Bugis Junction, Mos Burger area.

From there on, we'll proceed to the steamboat venue, la mei zi. Dont worry, its a short walk there.

This time round, I really wish its not just the regulars that turn up... More of the people in the fam, yes we know u're quiet, u're shy, but do turn up for this gathering, get to know each of the guys better, and well, put simply, this is the -Silence- culture, u guys agree?

Guess its first post in quite a long while i guess.

As you know your fam master is quite busy with homework nowdays,he has no time to go in audi or buy channel.pls understand him at this point.whatever.

Anyway, im suggesting a fam steamboat at the first sat of feb, take it as early cny celebrations also.

We can all wear red and white on that day. If everyone wears it and goes out as one big group, we'll all look totally cool!

The current timeline for the outing goes as follows

10am-1pm Breakfast at Macdonalds somewhere in Jurong... And we'll all wait for the latecomers! Woots. problem of latecomers solved.

1pm-6pm Snow City! and Ice skating! Somewhere in jurong (According to Li Jun)
Christmas exchange! So please bring one present nicely wrapped up,
containing lots and lots of sincerity!

6pm-8pm Buffet! (Thinking of Sakura)

8pm-??? Movie. YEAH BABEH.

For those that are going for the chalet, and did not recieve arca's sms (Lucky u guys, we're all so suay), Here's the sms below.

Bring an extra towel since we will be getting wet at www (wild wild wet) the next day. Some extra clothes for 3 days too. Bring at least 50dollars.

The rest of the sms... i find it quite irrelevant.

Meet at 2.30 if u are coming in during the check in time. Even i myself can only reach the chalet at 6-odd. Just inform us when you are arriving.

So to sum up everything above in point form...

-Bring extra clothes and towels since we will be going wild wild wet.
-Bring at least 50dollars.
-Before arriving, please inform any one of us. Coz not everybody can make it at 2.30.

Just a little quick update, The chalet's been booked.

Here's the plan for the 2 nights that we'll be staying over.

The bbq will be held on the 15th, aka the first night. Any leftover food from there will be finished by the second night, unless u all are gluttons and manage to finish everything. For those that are staying over, we will sleep early on that day.

The second day, thats the day where all the fun comes in. WildWildWet first, followed by movies. Probably going to catch Planet 51. Then if there are leftover food, we will bbq them, otherwise its very much slacking. And Tonning. -expects a lan session -.- -

Not sleeping, coz we have to check out by 10.30am on wednesday. So thats about it.

Any queries please call either Ellusion- or Repentance-, because Helix's phone is screwed and he's uncontactable. And ofcourse, never call arca, -.-

Just a few days more to poly term reopening, I would like to...

Well u should know.

Recently, many things have been going through my mind, like how -Silence- has grown, how it will do when sch term would give me less time for a lot of things...

I would like to say a big thank you to every single member of the whole fam, the jrs, the inactive ones, everything. Especially to 4 people.

First, to cheryl, who has never joined us in the fam, but has alawys been with us. She was the one that mentioned this sentence to keep me going, and not disband or pass down the fam...

"Do u wanna see your own hard effort go down to waste just like this?"

Her hyperness, the way she handled things with sam, just to name a few bad points bout her. But then again, in times of trouble, she was always there. Thank you, mad girl.

Then comes a girl called icy, LiJun, one of our jrs. Like Cher, she is always there for the fam whatever happens to the fam. And she never fails to bring a smile to every sad person that she's with. Thank you too, (:

After that, I look at sam, and i feel indebted to him. The previous post in our blog says everything.

Thank you bro, for everything. Stay happy always, (punches)

Last but not least, you guessed it. Gracia, being a fam master before, she understands many things that a fam master has to do, even though she does not appear to be close to many people in the fam. But then again, she's a very friendly girl, who never fails to be there for me regardless of what happens.

Here's a small piece of update. The last update from Ven for now. Not because he is too lazy to blog, but its just that there are too many things going on in his life, both +ve and -ve...

Guess some of you guys have seen my title: Yes its true, the fam is getting smaller and smaller by the day. Those that have been newly recruited, they come and go, only few stay on. Well, this is mainly due to an irresponsible fam master that is too busy with his own things in order to even take a closer look into how -Silence- is really doing...

FAM Shirt wise... Im sorry to disappoint you guys; the shirt would not be made anytime soon, earliest time to get the shirt is around... Mid to end october. By then, i really wonder wad will happen.

FAM Channel wise... Im giving up buying pro channels till i Get my TouchScreen computer at the end of the year. (Yea, perhaps its a dream never coming true). As such, fampoints will be earned by myself single-handedly, tagging hearts. No longer will I be the ven of last time, forcing everybody to go to fam channel, asking people to go to free3 (say if we get fc there) when they are in free1, blah. Fam ranking, its so hard to maintain, I don't wanna maintain it anymore. Instead, I want the united -Silence- back...

So you guys must be complaining why the >>> panel is super out of date. Within this week, I'll get the member list, info, everything updated properly. And its a promise.

This is an update on the fam shirt design. Final design already, no more changes (at least for now), and it will be sent to the tshirt design shop soon.

Basically, it means that your ign/name will be written at the back, typical of a football jersey. Below the ign/name, will be this picture...

Picture will be placed without the ign list.

At the left sleeve, a number (of ur choice) will be placed.

So many things to update about the fam man.

First of all, to update about this saturday.

Plans:

We will be watching a movie (For now, its UP, in 3D), and after that, we will cut Samuel's (SilentTrance) birthday. Dinner and cake-cutting will either be at swensens, or Samuel's House. Upcoming Fam Event: Fam Chalet
Location TBC.
As for date, it'll either be held on 15-17 June, or 22-24th June.

As u can see, we still have many details that need confirmation, but do tag on the tagboard/sms me/post on fam bulletin, whether u can make it for the chalet, and on which week (3rd/4th week of june), So we roughly have an idea how many people are going, and how we are gonna split cost.

For those that want to meet together, please meet up at 2pm at eunos Mrt. From there, we'll be taking 13 to marine Cresent, den walking to East Coast Park. Unless Black and Dove got Cars to tampa us there, den u all arrange with them bah.

Apparently, there has been ppl (one of them is -Ding-), that suggested that we push the outing forward 1 day, to friday (aka good friday). Gosh, i freaking forgot about that public holiday,so yea.

Anw now, whether the outing is on fri or sat, u all decide for urselves. Means like, say which day u prefer, (whether its just ur preference or u cmi on one of the days), den which day more ppl wan goo, we will have outing on that day.

Some updates on fam matters.

1. Silence Outing (yet again -.-)

To be held either this coming saturday (4th April) or nxt Saturday (11th April).
Either East coast or sentosa.
As for wad u all wanna do there.. Its practically everything, depending on wad u all want to do on that day.

Oh yes, if held this week, we shall give jason his birthday bash also. (hehe).

Yes, i kena complain that fam blog very plain, no songs. Pictures of the bbq will be coming soon, depending on whether the 3 hosts for the day are gonna upload the pics ornot.

As for a blogsong.. Well i shall adopt this common 'solution'.

Each Member is to tag one song that u would like on the blog, and i shall compile one playlist, and play it at random and shuffled. ;D
